Dear All, I am at the verge of finalising the project for end use: options are CHD Avenue 71, Ansal Escencia and Tulip violet. I am looking forward for end use and very much confused between CHD Avenue 71 and Tulip violet. CHD Avenue have a well spread of towers at the site (tower looks open and well separated), however Tulip Violet towers are pretty congested (almost adjoining and all the balconies face on one side). However, I feel tulip violet rates much better in terms of location (very well located close to Sohna road and SPR road, next to proposed metro) and construction specification (flooring, paint etc) and well surrounded by good projects and developments. Pl. advice!!! I am looking forward for end use.

Replied to Prateek_Narayan The area around CHD is closer to NH 8 and development in that place is slow due to absence of roads.
