The property is not only close to DLF Garden City. The commercial business districts in Gurgaon at sector 74A/75A stand in close proximity to Ultima. The project site also enjoys easy accessibility to Delhi via 60m/150m wide NH8 that further merges into multi-utility corridor via central periphery road.

Replied to Yashdeep To access amenities or nearby services, one has to go to the distance of 10-15kms from the site. Thus, this is quite disappointing.
