For what are they charging so high rates,even we get property in kalyan at 3500-4000 why should we pay high amount in a jungle where there is not even a one percent development in that area.Dont get fooled by big claims made by builder.Property not even worth 3000 rs Psf

FALCO developers is the most worst developer in kalyan asangaon belt,rates are revised after every 3 days by hundred to 200 rupees at a point where there is not even basic amenities adjoining that project.Rates in site office and Corporate office does not match.
