looking at numerous projects coming in thane i dont think for another 5 to 7 years one can reap good return am i right?

Why do you say that it will take 5 to 7 years to reap good return? According to me Thane is one of the fastest growing areas in Mumbai. Some of the biggest residential apartments and commercial complexes are coming up in this area. I think it is a good area to invest in.

Replied to Akshay I agree with you Akshay. Thane also has many attractions that makes it a good area for investment. Famous malls like Korum Mall, Viviana Mall and High Street Malls are some of the good malls located in the area. There are very good schools located in this area as well.

Replied to Sandeep thanem lacks amenities , there is scarcity of water and power,builders like haware are spoiling market by not giving what is promises,check consumer complaints for this kind of will be hard to get good return even after 5 years, property costy say 8000/- will not reach even 12000 after 5 years ,note this down

Hi Rajendra, on what basis do you say that it will be hard to get good returns even after 5 years? According to me with many residential and commercial projects coming up in Thane, I think investors will get good returns in future. Just because some builders are not delivering what they had promised does not imply that this is the same case with all the builders.

Replied to Deepak note current price and see for yourself, in current market better to park funds in f.d with bank which can give 10 percent per annum return
