Hi guys, just heard that the builder has increased the price of the project. The new units are available for 5895 while the resale price is quite low. People are losing faith in this project. Will this project ever be completed?

Hi everyone I have a query. The rate at their website is 5395 but according to the contact person the rates are 5895 which is a bit weird. They are ready to give 3% discount on BSP. The resale units could be available at 5000. Please let me know when will it be realistically done and what is the reasonable rate to pay for this property??

Hi guys, just visited the construction site. There was very few construction taking place which was disappointing. I don't think it is true that the excavation is still going on as claimed by the staff. They are not revealing the name of the builders which is a cause of concern. The sample flat is not yet ready.
