Hi folks, I would advise you to avoid this project. I had the worst experience of my life. I had booked a flat in Eco village and also paid 10% of the booking amount. However, they canceled by booking due to non payment. After multiple follow ups, they were ready to give me my flat. However, when I visited the location for the payment and other details they told me that the management is not approving my flat which was quite shocking to me. Better invest in some other good project.
