Hi all, I am exploring projects in Noida for end use, Explored many options but everything goes out of my budget, My Budget is about 55-60 Lacs. I am an IT professional and have done some research work.. This is probably the only project which may fit in my budget. Can you please advice if it is advisable to enter project at current price and stage or i should focus on Noida Extension.

Before booking in The Aranya, I need to know few things: -- Is it advisable to invest in Sector 119 and will it reap returns in future. What about the appreciation expected? -- Is the land authorized and does it seem to be an upcoming sector in the next 3 years -- Connectivity wise it is adjacent to FNG, but will it be well connected or having metros etc. -- Is it wise to invest in a new builder's project? -- The builder's site does not suggest any ISO certification.

I am considering Aranya as an option but If SLF(Sanitary Land Fill) comes up in Sec 123 then my whole hard earned money(Flat) will be gone, I am an IT professional so may settle in any other metro also at later stage, In that scenario, I may not be able to sell Aranya because of SLF, What do u suggest in that kind of scenario, should i go for Antariksh Kanball3G(even though the flat is small but at least, I will not get ruined with all my hard earned money)

I noticed one thing that site layout does not have details about tower. Now for sure this project is not going to complete in another 5-6 years. Builder has cheated all the buyers.. .who booked this property for their end use.

Hi All, Is anyone aware of the landfill (SLF) issue in proximity (Sector 123) to Unnati's Aranya? I have told that there is a active group that is fighting against SLF in vicinity since last 2 years with Noida Authority. Is there any only group / forum of Aranya's buyers / flat owner's?

I agreed to Vikram. Please research on your own and make decisison. A question for you though: Since you are planning to buy a flat, I assume that you must be doing some reserach and for that, you must have talked to various people/brokers/builders and/or agents. I want to know what kind of feedback are you getting from those people when you talk to them about this project? I'm sure people seling this project would be praising "The Aranya" but I'm more interested in hearing from those who are not selling it - they should be saying yes/no/don't know with their logic and theories MM30

Guys Does anyone here has link to: 1) Notification on NA website which says approved NA plan and land paper needs to be included as part of BBA/Letter of Allotement? Only NA notification not any newspaper links please? This would help us reach out to builder with some concrete proof and not any made up stories. 2) Notification from NA that says any construction without approved plan is illegal ? Though this is basic but still a visibility of any such notification would be of great help. Thanks for your help.
