I have recently purchased a 3 BHK unit in this project in tower6. I opted for fresh booking. However, I have heard that they have increased the area of the unit to 1770 psf. Have they increased the area of other flats as well?

Please let me know how many floors are available in this project. Their official website says that there are 30 floors but their staff told me that there are 32 floors. Can anyone please confirm about the number of floors available in this project?

Hi guys, I would advise you to stay away from any of the projects by Jaypee Greens. I have purchased a flat in Jaypee Greens Kosmos Heights. However, till date I haven't got any confirmation about the possession and project completion of the project. I have also heard that many of the buyers are not happy with the type of service provided by the builder. They are least bothered to answer to the queries of the buyers. I am very disappointed with their service.

I have heard that Jaypee is increasing the super area in most of the projects of Wishtown. Are they going to increase the super area of Jaypee Greens Kube as well?
