Satisfactory work completion by Logix. Surely possession will come in mid 2014 and I thinks thats the right time too considering that the area will take some me to develop. The project is going to be one of the best. 4990/-

What about the Industrial belt just behind Logix Blossom County. Will it be another disadvantage?

Have few queries in mind if any of you can help answer, it would be of great help. 1) I wanted to invest in LBC project for investment purpose and not for end use. Is it a safe investment? Kindly share status on Logix as a builder.. 2) Is it a good time to enter market or this project given that rates have already revised? I am looking for a fresh purchase and not RESALE.

Logix is continuously delaying blossom county. Now it is Sep'13. Why cheat the consumer by making false promises of 18 months why they are nowhere near delivery even after 3 years...! Has anyone claimed the penalty yet? Seems like they aren't going to deliver even this year...!

Avoid sector 137: two main reasons 1. Builder can start constructing additional flats even after possession is given. So once u move in construction work will be in progress 2. With already a high density sector with no project offering floor index ratio <100 the increase in FAR Will lead to reduction of greener area. Therefore either purchase at low price after good bargain or avoid this sector.

I have searched almost every project in express highway, I was about to close on 3C lotus Zing, but came to know about the Sewage Treatment Plant near sector 168. So decided against it. The STP may or may not have impact on the project but as end user I did not want to take any chances. The point is, every project will have some positives and negatives so decide on the budget and go for any decent builder. I have heard people criticizing LBC because of it lay out, I personally saw the floor lay out of 1145 and liked it . So it’s your personal choice…some people are complaining about Bedroom facing another apartment…I guess these people have never stayed in an apartment.
