I own an apartment in Paras Tierea. I am not very convinced with the construction quality of buildings / apartments. Further, don't know why they are so interested in making extra money from residents, i.e., for pipleline gas one needs to pay 7K to IGL and 2.8K to Paras for Infra charges. When asked what in the name if Infra they will do, they themselves don't know. One has to pay for gym fees as well. I had to pay extra at the time of registry also...go for some other apartment / builder...gulshan / blossom country etc.

Paras Tierea is built by a fool who does not know the basics of Architecture. If you don't believe me then please see the Lift lobby and balconies of Paras Tierea. My flat does not get a single minute of Sun rays. Sea page problem is common and the material used, specially doors and sliders, are third class. Simply they have not used wood in it. Bathrooms have poor quality tiles and you can find many of them are already broken when you take possession. Paras Tierea is a poor effort by the builder. I hope the builder and many other will learn from it.

The construction quality is very bad. I have got the possession. The wooden flooring is worse than a low quality sunmica type flooring. The plastering on the walls has depressions. The outer walls are not even plastered, at some spots. All my money wasted. They are not giving any light fittings.

I have recently heard that Paras Tierea would be the first project going for possession in the entire Sector 137 for the select towers. I have personally visited the site and according to me the flats are not at all congested. Instead, they are much better and well designed than any other apartment

Paras has delivered decent commercial complexes and has launched good residential projects in Gurgaon. Paras has most of the projects in Gurgaon, not Noida.

I did lot of research on Paras Tierea and I think Paras project is coming along pretty well, the material used for construction, the location with the commercial opposite and metro coming I think year 2018 or so..

Development of the project looks promising. I bet possession is before Dec-13 for initial towers. Also when you enter the project by main gate, you feel very classy and premium feel, that is one of the most important thing for the residents.
