Any idea why Ecociti progress has been too slow (almost NIL) from last 8 months? I am wondering when the project will get completed ?? on the Supertech Website it is mentioned as possession date - June, 2013. I think they forget to change the Year to 2014 or even more than that ????

Hi I am looking for 1100-1300 st flat in fresh or resale on Noida E way and we have selected sec 143 & 137 Both me & my husband work in South Delhi and other points are 1 budget of Rs 4500 AL in fresh or resale. 2 can pay premium in color money 3 can wait for 2017

Hi Friends I am keen for a 2BHK investment in Ecociti. I am getting 40:60 plan with rate of around 5000-5100 AI fresh booking upper floors(not the top). Market resale is 4500 AI. Could members suggest if 5100 is a good rate to log in from3-5 years perspective. What is the appreciation scope as most of the other projects in 137 have jacked up their price in range of 5500-5600 fresh booking.Also would quality & delivery be an issue with this project?
