Hi All, I am planning to buy a flat in either Kaamna Greens or Karnam Greens as this is the cheapest project I could find on Noida Expressway but I am totally confused currently. Please help me out here: 1. Which project is better in terms of location, price escalation 2 years down the line, better society? 2. What you think will give better resale value in next 2 years? 3. What shall be AI rate in case I am getting a Fresh booking? Also what kind of resale deal I shall look out for? 4. I last heard issues with Sector 13x, 14x due to NA Scams but looking at the construction speed, seems everything is resolved. Any Reviews? 5. Overall your thoughts in terms of this sector shaping up by 2015 in case I want to move-in and stay there?

Replied to Sarthak After 2 -3 years rates of all properties in sector 143 will become almost same. And if SIkka group able to launch his most ambitious 5 Star hotel The Downtown successfully than the brand value of all Sikka properties and sikka group brand value will become double in one day.
