IMHO, ATS Paradiso (G. Noida) is a much better buy than ATS Pristine. Cost will be similar or lesser than Pristine. At least Paradiso is RTM and is in a developing city, while Sec 150 may get developed by the time Pristine is delivered

Sector-150 is terrible. The location is good for investors but from an end-user perspective, its a location in the middle of nowhere. This could have been a better place for setting up institutions rather than residents.
