Went to Aman today and found the pace of construction absolutely fantastic...I saw work going on several fronts simultaneously...landscaping is started...grass being planted...tiles being placed...plaster work...wood work...etc...talked to several persons right from a labourer to supervisor and got to know that more than 3000 persons are working in Aman right now with several contractors...the measure of the pace can be gauged by having a look at tower N-7..I was thinking of buying an apartment there in Feb 2013...that time it was just around 4 floor now it is around 13 floor...I seriously think they can complete 7-8 towers in the first quarter of 2014...7-8 at the end of 2nd quarter and rest in 3rd and 4th quarter...

Hi friends, I m getting 3600 bsp quoted for a fresh unit from channel partner, seems to hold lot many units in all the floors. But the project seems isolated n far from Noida or Greater Noida. In the middle of nowhere, does anyone gives that kinda rate to JP. I actually left the fresh booking of aman 2 few months ago just b,cos dint like the location! Please suggest if 3400-3500 bsp is justified for this project, i am n end user so want to live there asap. thanks

I went to Aman today morning. They started developing and planting grass in park. Plaster work is going on. As far as I could see internal plaster in N-20 was complete(as it looked from outside as they didn't allowed me to go in). External plaster work is done on couple of towers. N-25-27 and N-7 are still behind and structure work is going on in them. I spoke to some supervisors and contractors which were working in the towers about possession and they confirmed that it should be in 3rd or 4th quarter of 2014.

Hi All I have heard from someone that jaypee will be launching new towers in the exsisting layout, that will further go to delay the possesion and even don know exactly where they will going to launch new towers(that will going to detoriate the society as it will eat up open spaces.) Hope this news turn out to be rumour.

The website seems to contain inadequate info about the project and that too pretty old (only seven site photos of 29.02.2012). No expected date of completion of project. Any penalty on the builder? If so, at what rate and from which date?

Hi, I am keen on buying a 2 or 2+1 BHK property on the expressway. Would be great full to one and all for their inputs on this issue. As of now thoroughly confused post my visit to various "Property Fairs", meeting brokers and listening to their long drawn phone calls of them trying to push their personal agendas through me for commission (not entirely their fault; after all they too need to earn their living). I can make a down payment of 40 Lakhs cash (White obviously) and intend to not take any loan if feasible. I am looking for resale flats and Sikka, Jaypee, Ajnara etc did look promising amongst a host of many others. request help
