Another surprising thing to notice from Prateek group website ... Possession time was - Sept '14... then why do they have a new Flexi CLP plan asking for a 15% payment in Oct '14 and then after that another Final payment on possession for anyone investing now !!! I guess that means - possession has already moved to 2015 !!!

Happened to visit the site today ..A friend of mine wanted to buy a 3bhk but the overall surrounding is quite shabby ..Sample flat looks good but the project looks crapped due to small plot size so he decided not to go with this project.....

Does anyone notice this ... Why are all the PLC's and extra charges like club membership etc. charged at 12% service tax - while the other payment slabs are charged at 3.6% ???

I went to the site yesterday and observed that the master bedroom balconies of two adjoining flats are pretty close in the smaller flats. Would this be a problem or is it a norm these days with the way clusters are planned?

What is the situation of existing inventory at Stylome? What are the options new buyers are getting from builder? It does seem that builder is desperate to sell as complimentary parking and free club membership have been provided to lure new buyers.

I have been visiting the site. Wonder what are the constructions happening in the vicinity. Are these kothis being built or LIG type houses by villagers? Are the surrounding land still with the villagers. I am in H tower and the area it faces has some LIG type of construction going on possibly by villagers? Would these remain there? definitely an eye sore. I hope the entrance to Stylome is not from here so that part could be avoided.

Is Stylome better than Edifice as far as carpet area to super built up area is concerned. Isn't the ratio 20:80 in Stylome? Also having compared the specs to other builders why are the toliets smaller? I mean in Lotus B the toilets in the 1893 sq ft apparments are bigger on paper. Obviously the toilet size is much smaller than seen in the sample flat.

Just checked out the 1st floor in H tower. I have the 1845 sq ft one. Are the bathrooms small or is it just me? I have been told that it appears smaller when in its raw state. Also if they are saying the master bedroom toilet will have a shower cubicle as well i wonder how they are going to squeeze in a pot.

Hello all, Went to see stylehome sample flat and was quite impressed. I live in krishna apra in sec 61 and recently Prateek Fedora really caught my eye as the construct from outside looks good and stands out. I am now keen on 1840 sqt in Stylome. the builder is asking for 1.14 after engotation as final cost excluding the service tax. Is it worth at this price on a lower floor? The location also looks good. Also how are we saying that metro station is 1.5 km away. Do you mean the proposed one? Because the sec 18 one is actually 5 kms away as I noted in my car today.
