I have heard construction quality issues of supertech, but I think with supertech moving into luxury/ premium apartments space ( supernova, north eye and orb) expected results should be much different. But I do hear your advise, but keeping construction quality issues aside based on what is being promised can someone list things in favor and against buying these two properties so that it can help me make an informed decision. Any one knows what's the best rate I would get in orchards and orb in resale?

Hello all, I 'm new to this forum but need advise on whether to buy as an end user in supertech's orb at 74 sector or Jaypee's orchards in wish town. Supertech ORB is available at Rs. 5800/sqft. and Jaypee's Orchards is available at 6000/sqft.

Supertech ORB is good for short-term investment purpose. Since it is a luxury project, not many investors are interested in it.

Folks, I need advice on whether to buy as an end user in supertech's ORB at 74 sector or Jaypee's orchards in wish town. The current available quote for Supertech is Rs. 5800/sqft. All pros and cons from people who have invested in these two properties are much welcomed.
