Hi friends, I am keen on booking a flat in Noida. I recently visited Apex Athena and I was offered a 1295 sqft flat at Rs 5250/sq ft. Pleases advise whether I should opt for this project. The project looks good on papers and the construction is progressing at a good pace. Please let me know whether some better options are available in the same area.

HI guys, I have a few queries. I am planning to book a flat in Apex Athena. The project has been given for 4590 per sq ft. Please share some details about the builder. What type of material does the builder use? How much appreciation can I expect in a year?

Please don't invest with them. They are cheater. At the time of selling they will promise to give lot of amenities but while completing the flat they will only give half the things. Also at the time of possession they will ask for extra money by putting unnecessary charges.
