Please advise is the project is clean and have no issues and is it a reputed builder. Is this project good for investment perspective? How is the location and future appreciation prospect? Is this location better for investment as compare to Noida Extension, Expressway Etc. Is there any METRO plan in this area?

My sister booked a flat in JM Aroma in August 2012. At that time the project was approved by PNB and Axis Bank. She has already paid approximately 8 lacs, but now the banks are not ready to approve the loan. The request for her next installment is overdue. Please advise what should she do in such a situation.

Hi folks, I have a query. I got a news that the construction in sector 75 and 120 have been stalled by the Allahabad High Court. I have also heard that there is still some settlement that has to be done between the farmers and Noida Authority. Is this information correct? What impact will it have on JM Aroma? Please share your views.
