interested in three room fis JM Orchid in sector 76. But have some reservation because , I have come to now that registration is not being done. Can anyone guide us, if they have no clearance from Noida authority

Hey Guys, i am thinking about buying a flat in JM Orchid. However i am worried about a couple aspects: 1. The window AC issue. It seems they have sliding doors for balconies and there are no windows. 2. They have commercial activity inside the complex, so will that not be a worrisome thing from security perspective? 3. Too many flats in a small area. i have seen the original plan (posted by pranjandas) at the start of this thread and current plan (when I visited the site yesterday). Number of flats has increased it seems. Let me know if you guys are satisfied with the responses and interaction with the Builder.

I am seriously planning to book 1735 Sq Ft in JM Orchid, Sec 76.. Looking for guidance on following points.. i) Location of the Sector 76: Proximity to City Centre, Metro, Amenities etc. ii) Rate offered to me: How competitive it is and is it recommended to go for it? iii) Reputation of builder, past records etc. iv) Any vital info regarding Ground Floor Flats, how high they would be? Is it advisable to book a Ground Floor Flat in JM Orchid?

One of my friends who booked in JM orchid told me that JM Orchid is not giving any provision for slots where window ACs can be fitted. That is a big concern..

Hi all, I am planning to invest in a property in JM Orchid. But, I am worried about some aspects: 1) There are too many flats in a very small area. When compred to the original plan the number of flats have increased a lot. 2) They have sliding doors for balconies and there are no windows which is another major issue. 3) As they are planning to have commercial activity inside the complex it will give rise to security issues. People who have booked a flat in this project please let me know whether you are satisfied with these changes and the response given by the builder. Is it a good decision to invest in this project?

Hi dear, I think it is a good project to invest in. Most of the projects are giving sliders without any provision for window AC. So you are not the only person who is facing this issue. They are making a small complex for residents so that residents get some of the essential items at their door step. The builder is good so I think it will be a good investment.
