Time frame of possession is important to me. I am looking for a project where i can get possession in next 1-1.5 years. And i guess PW fulfills that criteria, as I see them giving possession by 2014 end. Having said that, does it still make sense to buy at 5900 AI?

Is it worth buying Prateek Wisteria at the current price from builder - 5450 BSP for 11th floor - 5% discount = 5178 BSP + other charges This is under subvention scheme where you need to pay 15 % now and no EMI for 10 months. The All-inclusive price under this scheme comes out to be around 5900 which is quite high I think.

Could anyone please suggest the AI price one should pay for a 1385 park facing unit on floor 9-12 in resale? Also would like to know if there is any other better project in terms of construction quality/specifications in sector 7x. Many thanks for the help..!!

Hi guys, Please suggest how to bargain more with the builder. 5% discount on BSP is offered by the builder itself and they are not ready for anything more. I tried various things like including club membership, PLC etc but no luck. Please suggest how to deal on this front?

Recently visited Wisteria & found even external plastering has not been done in some towers ( e.g E tower) though 95% payment has already been collected by Builder . Even there is quality difference in work between contractors ( E.g A,B,C and D,E,F). Even work of floors of 1-10 & 11 onwards is different ( in material & workmanship). Management has to look in these matters & what is date of possession?

Visited Prateek wisteria recently. Disappointed to see that the space in the galleries outside the lift is quite narrow. The space between the main doors of two flats is also very constricted. I am not sure if large heavy furniture can even be shifted inside the flats. Check out units 3 and 4 in tower B or E. such a basic thing has not been thought of.
