Replied to Vivaan I am also planning to buy a property in Kharadi, Pune. I came to know about Urban Soul with fine amenities. But still, I want suggestions regarding this. Will it be a wise choice to buy property in Kharadi area? I would like to get feedback from those who have purchased property in this very place.

Replied to Swati hi, we have bookd a flat in Urban soul, but it sems there title search report is not clear. Also revised plan of 9floors is not available, old plan says 6floors. creates prblm in loan availment

Replied to Swati If we look at new development potentials in Pune area, either we proceed towards Kharadi, Ashok Nagar or towards other areas. Out of all these connectivity option seems to be best in Kharadi and there is a more chance of improvement of property values in near future.

Replied to Vivaan Dealing in Land is very risky now a days.. All the real estate Dealers and Brokers have just become more fraud and corrupt. They grab land from poor farmers and sell it in high price. So, before investing in Urban Soul I just want to enquire about builder’s repo.
