Muradnagar is one of Ghaziabad’s foremost localities and is located right off the National Highway 58 itself. The area is well connected to places like Dasna, Crossing Republik, Raj Nagar Extension and Sector 1 Vaishali among numerous others. Rapid development has sparked the growth of the real estate in Muradnagar and demand has increased by leaps and bounds for residential property in Muradnagar. The property market usually witnesses prices of around INR 1, 222 per sq. ft. on an average. Several builders are active in the locality including Bliss and others.

The area is home to several educational institutions including the ITS Dental College, I.T.S. The National Highway and railway network links the locality to both cities with aplomb.

The Upper Ganga Canal passes through the locality while there are numerous zari and handloom units present here. Several vocational training units are also present in the locality along with other small commercial units.
