Hi! My name is Akivito. Today I’ll be talking about power of attorney. Power of attorney allows a person to authorise another person the right to decide on his financial assets, finances and property holders. Basically there are two types of power of attorney, one is general power of attorney in which the basic rights is transferred to that person by the owner such as leasing, sub-leasing and selling of property, another power of attorney is a special POA through which only a specific right is transferred by the owner to that person and he is only allowed to exercise such a right.
