It just not only serves the purpose for vacation and short stay but also in the transition of homes. The fundamental concept is same, but they function in different ways.

So investing in such properties is profitable because you do not have to be bothered much about rising bills.

Property can be solely used for vacation purposes. These properties are small homes, typically like a cottage or bungalow. The owners can rent out vacation homes when they are not in use. So the return on investment is also good and promising.

  • Apartment hotels are small, and limited to a certain number of inhabitants. More number of people can inhabit vacation homes.
  • Vacation homes can be expensive, depending on the location. You can stay in apartment hotels for a longer period.
