The Noida Authority recently launched an online delivery of services for its 16,300 institutional, industrial and commercial properties on its website www.noidaauthorityonline.com. The services will be made available across all property segments, including residential plots and housing societies, by June 2017.
The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has decided to develop a multi-purpose complex on the 123-acre land lying vacant in the Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park. The new complex will include studio apartments, hotels, offices, institutions like India Habitat Centre, India International Centre, old age homes and a financial hub. The body will also give up to10 acres to developers by way of e-auction.
Realty firm Godrej Properties claims that its commercial project 'Godrej BKC' in Mumbai has received the LEED Platinum certification for developing green buildings. LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design's Platinum certification is globally recognised highest rating for sustainable buildings. At 1.3 million sq ft, Godrej BKC is one of the largest luxury commercial projects in Mumbai.
To deal with demonetisation that has caused severe cash crush and affected the property market, the Kerala government has asked National Informatics Centre to introduce payment of registration fee online. In a Facebook post, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the payment could also be paid via demand draft.
