This property includes a 40-car garage which is the largest in the entire state. This property has two guest houses, a private club, a spa and a business centre. It has 126 rooms and faces the Atlantic Ocean. Trump bought this property for $10 Million in 1985 and is valued for nothing less than $125 Million.
Oprah Winfrey- $85 Million
The sprawling 23,000 sq ft property in Montecito, Calfornia was bought by Winfrey for $50 Million in 2004, which she redesigned in 2013. This estate has been one of the most beautiful homes in the state. With opulent interiors and impressive location, the property has been an eye-candy for onlookers.

Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney purchased a 25-room Italian villa located on the picturesque Lake Como in Italy. Reportedly bought for a whopping 11.7 million euros, the villa consists of a swimming pool, a garage and an outdoor theatre. Some parts of the blockbuster film Oceans Twelve starring George Clooney himself, were also filmed here.
