Investment Looks Attractive In Nadiad, Near Vadodara

Gujarat is known for its unique model of growth and development. Every part of the state is witnessing massive changes in terms of advancement and urbanization and one such area is - Nadiad. Touted as the Sakshar Bhumi - the land of literacy, the entire town has seen remarkable transformation over the past several years. The property market in Nadiad is certainly a major beneficiary of its economic development.

Nadiad is situated at a height of about 35 meters above the sea level. The town is believed to have been set up by the cord dancers and is famous for its ennead trend.  The city has nine villages and nine step wells across nine routes and nine lakes.

People can easily observe the town getting transformed into an urban extension. With the rigorous development of infrastructure, Nadiad is the next place to keep an eye on. Nadiad saw the enormous growth in the past 3-4 years and in no time, it has been recognized as a fast-growing town. The public transportation facilities in the town are quite in order. Recently, the launch of a flyover beginning from Wania Vaar Circle and heading towards Petlad proved to be a major infrastructural support boosting connectivity for the people living in Nadiad. This development has ended most of the traffic issues in the city. The flyover has also turned out to be the preferred place for chilling out in the evenings for local residents.

Today, Nadiad is home for large companies, classy malls and shopping destinations attracting buyers from across the country. Apart from that, more and more residential property projects are coming up in the town with each passing month. Currently, real estate developers such as Armaan Developers, Saath Buildcon and Pushpraj Builders have opened their property projects for sale in the town.

Nadiad is treading well in terms of social infrastructure as well. Thanks to Dharamsinh Desai University and healthcare centres such as Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital, Mahagujarat Hospital and Heart Center, and the Civil Hospital.

Meanwhile, the prices of residential properties in Nadiad have not yet increased much in the past few years. A 2BHK flat is generally available within the range of Rs 20-25 lakh and a 3BHK apartment would cost around Rs 30-40 lakh. Given the potential of growth, probably this is an apt time to enter the property market in Nadiad.
