Description

The civil aviation ministry has deferred a decision on handing over of the Centaur Hotel land to Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) for airport expansion till next year. The Centre is also holding a workshop on February 28 to brief the states and Union Territories (UTs) on the National Transit-Oriented Development Policy.

Realty developer Xrbia Developers is on its way to reach a target of $1 billion in sales by the end of 2017, the company has said in a release. Having sold 6,776 houses in the past three months, Xrbia is aiming to launch 24 projects in this fiscal, amounting to 50,000 houses worth Rs 10,000 crore.
