#RealtyNewsRoundUp: Haryana RERA Sends Notices To 52 Gurgaon Developers

In a move to addressing as many as 1,150 complaints from Gurgaon homebuyers against developers for delay in completion of housing projects, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has issued notices to 52 such defaulting builders. Of the 1,150 complaints, 950 are for projects that have been delayed by at least five years.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) plans to give preference to the Metro extension line from Noida Electronic City to Sahibabad over Vaishali to Mohan Nagar Metro line. The two project are a part of the Delhi Metro Phase-III. The GDA will soon submit a fund sharing pattern for the development of the two lines.

On October 2, Haryana was awarded as the best state for its achievements in the field of sanitation and cleanliness under the Swachh Survekshan Grameen 2018. Of the top six districts in the list, three are in Haryana – Gurgaon, Karnal and Rewari.

National carrier Air India is planning to raise Rs 250 crore by selling 14 of its properties through an auction. These properties are located across Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Amritsar, and includes commercial and residential land, and residential flats.
