#RealtyNewsRoundUp: Noida High-Rise Flat Owners To Get Individual Power Connection

Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL), a government-owned power distribution company, is framing a policy to provide individual electricity connection to flat owners in high-rise housing societies of Noida. At present, power is supplied to them through the builder in whose name the connection is issued.

Meanwhile, the Greater Noida Authority has issued notices to 150 builders, directing them to adhere to construction guidelines in order to reduce air pollution or face legal action.

The elevated bridge between Mumbai’s Madh Island and Versova is finally set to take-off, after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation changed its alignment. Once constructed, the bridge will reduce travel time between Versova and Madh by 1.5 hours.

Dubai’s Emaar Properties is planning to sell several non-core assets in India, including land and a hotel. The developer now plans to focus on its premium projects and expand on its own in India, following its separation from local partner MGF Developments Ltd.
