#RealtyNewsRoundUp: SC Attaches Properties, Accounts Of Amrapali Group
The Supreme Court on August 2 ordered attachment of all bank accounts and movable properties of 40 firms belonging to insolvency-hit real estate major Amrapali Group. It also said diversion of funds collected from investors by developers was a "malady" and it wanted to stop that "nonsense" once and for all.

A homebuyer couple who had bought a flat in 3C Company’s Noida project Lotus Panache in 2010 has moved the National Company Law Tribunal, seeking insolvency proceedings against the company. Located at Sector 110, Lotus Panache has 4,000 apartments. Of this, only 900 homes are occupied so far.

The Cabinet has approved the plan to raise funds up to Rs 15,000 crore as Extra Budgetery Resources (EBR) for the Swachh Bharat Mission during the financial year 2018-19. The Cabinet's decision would benefit around 1.5 crore rural households eligible for incentives under the mission.

The Noida Authority has started carrying out property-related work through the property management information system from August 1. The authority has uploaded all property details of institutional departments on its website. Soon, other services such as building map approval, occupancy certificate and surrender of property, etc., will be available online on www.noidaforcitizens.com.
