Ulwe is one of the nodes in South situated to the south of the proposed International Airport. Ulwe consists of 25 sectors and is located in the Raigad district which itself is one of the most thriving real estate markets in Maharashtra. Ulwe is developed and maintained by CIDCO.

Central One Mall, Inorbit Mall and Raghuleela Mall are some of the famous shopping malls located in Vashi close to Ulwe. Other than that, world class shopping avenues in Mumbai are just a short drive away.
