I would like to share my opinion & experience with exotica builders. I booked a flat in CR last year in exotica eastern court. It is a small project ...considering the quality and deadlines...I bought it.. But now it possession time ...although the flat is ready ..but there are several issue with the extra charges.. after sale service is pathetic...nobody responds to the calls/emails.....they are not giving possession ...n not giving the penalty amt... I agree that flat layout and price might be that not everything a customer requires.....there has been a lot of harassment from the builder... So according to me ..Don’t buy any property in this builder projects.. So ppl ...think ...investigate and then decide..

I visited the location of Exotica Fresco, Sec 137, Noida Expressway. Location & layout seems fine.. Can anyone tell about the reputation of the builder please?? And also reviews about this project...

Can someone provide the expected possession time for sec-137 projects: Gulshan Vivante, Paras Tiera, Purvanchal Royal Park, Ajnara Daffodil, Supertech Ecociti, Logix Blossom County, Paramount Floraville, Exotica Fresco, Shubhkamna something something. Please add the details of whichever project you know of.

Guys I am planning to buy a 3BHK in Fresco Exotica. Off-late I've heard from multiple people/Buyers that Fresco is Charging late payment for no reasons. The management/accounts department too is difficult to reach or talk to. Any updates? Is this is a real issue?

One of my friend recently visited the site and informed that plaster is on at second floor H block. Given that H block started very late compared to other towers, I assume other towers(other than K) should have had most of the plumbing work completed by now. Seems to be very much on track for December '13(best case) or March'14 (realistic) delivery.

People are avoiding this project as there is a huge drain opposite to the project.The layout is congested with no scope of sunlight from any side resale is not happening as no takers but rates being quoted are around 4200, direct inventory available with builder 3900 cash down.Please take detailed information about the project before investing in the project. It could be a trap.
