Amrapali Group has recently launched a very beautiful residential project Amrapali O2 Valley at Amrapali centurian park Noida Extension. It is a huge residential project offering 2 and 3 bhk homes and is spread on 75 acres.

I am planning to book a unit in Noida mainly for investment purpose. Please let me know whether Amrapali O2 valley is a good project for investment purpose. Will there be any appreciation in the value of the project in the next 2-3 years.

Hi folks, I advise you to stay away from Amrapali Group. They do not stick to their promises. Their pace of construction is extremely slow. The builder does not follow the specifications that have been mentioned. They are the most unethical builders you will find in the region. The quality of construction is terrible. You can visit some of their construction site and see for your own. The pillars and columns are not straight and the plaster comes off at gentle push. They change the master plan of the project without informing the buyers. They give the possession of the flats without getting the necessary approvals.

I really liked the layout plan of the project but I am doubtful about the area of the project. As per the information available, there are many projects which have been stuck in this region. As this is my first investment I do not have much idea about the areas that are safe for investment purpose.
