Lying adjacent to sector 79 which is reserved for recreational use by Noida Authority, Unitech Unihomes 3 is a high rise residential project. The roads are left incomplete and is absent at few stretches. FNG corridor is within a km from the project while Noida Greater Noida Expressway can be reached within 15 minutes ensuring good connectivity to the capital city. The builder is losing its charm due to continuous delay in the projects. It has not yet delivered some project which were launched long ago. Moreover Unihomes 3 can be considered overpriced with average amenities. So I don't think it would be great to invest in the project.
