Ackruti launches premium residential project in Andheri

Ackruti City has recently launched a premium residential project, Ackruti Hillcrest, in Andheri. Vimal Shah, managing director of Ackruti City said, “Andheri East has grown as both, a residential and commercial hub. We believe that walk-to-work kind of concept is getting very popular in Mumbai, where people take ho­urs to reach their workplaces. The prices are in the range of Rs 10,900 per sq ft, starting at Rs 85 lakh. Earlier, Andheri East didn't have any well-integrated residential complexes with modern amenities. And the wide range of accommodation space is an advantage to our project. According to a company release, Ackruti City is also offering a launch discount. Shah claims that one can own a home in this up-market residential complex for less than a crore, which would be difficult otherwise considering Mumbai's constant struggle with space. Ackruti Hillcrest is a 22-storeyed tower comprising three wings with approximately 426 apartments, ranging from one BHK to 3.5 BHK, with saleable area of 730 sq ft for one BHK to saleable area of 1,900 sq ft for a 3.5 BHK. The residential apartments start from the fifth floor onwards ensuring unobstructed views of the surroundings. On the fourth floor there will be a landscaped podium garden designed by LSG Landscape Architecture, UK, with the four levels below it, including basement, reserved as parking lot, the release said. Shah also claimed that all approvals are in place and the project is already under construction with the possession slated for early 2014. Other modern amenities such as a clubhouse, a well eq­uipped gymnasium along with a kids play area. A multi-purpose hall and a rooftop garden will also be part of the project. The project offers easy connectivity to the domestic and international airports and the suburban railway stations of Andheri, Jogeshwari and Kanjur Marg.
