Ascent Buildtech launches phase-III of Satya Villa De project in Ghaziabad

Ascent Buildtech, a north India-based real estate firm, has launched phase III of its five-acre project, christened as Satya Villa De at Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. With an investment of about Rs 60-70 crore, the company is expecting a sales realisation of Rs 200-220 crore from the project. The po¬ssession for the first phase of the project will be given in mid-2012. The second phase of the project will be completed by first quarter of 2013 and the third and the newest phase is due for completion in first half of 2015. Explaining the features of the project, Suresh Gogia, managing director of Ascent Buildtech said, “Being just 400 metre from NH-58, the project offers seamless conn¬ectivity with Delhi NCR. The pro¬ject has only 22 per cent of area under construction and the cus¬tomers will get a large span of green and open area. Surrounded by well-developed infrastructure and lush green belt filled with all modern day facilities, we offer our customers an array of choices to choose from. Being a gated campus with round the clock security, Satya Villa De is enriched with contemporary am¬enities and features such as vaastu-friendly apartments.” Being constructed on about 2.3 acres, the third phase of the project will have two, double basement plus 15-storey towers, comprising 355 apartments. The units will be available in two, three and three-plus-one servant BHK options in 985 sq ft, 1,199 sq ft, 1,450 sq ft, 1,530 sq ft and 1,777 sq ft size. The apartments are available at a price of Rs 2,099 per sq ft (duties and taxes extra) and the company is running an exclusive intr¬oductory price scheme giving about 2.5 per cent discounts in the first-come-first-serve basis for bookings up to a fixed number of units.
