Casa Grande comes up with Futura near Sriperumbudur

Casa Grande, a Chennai-based property development company established by a team of young professionals, has announced the launch of Futura that will offer a mix of elegant villas and row houses near Sriperumbudur, an automobile and telecommunication equipment man¬ufacturing hub. The Futura, which will come up over 12 acres that shares its compound with the Nokia SEZ offering a mix of 229 units — about 140 –150 semi-independent, 15 independent villas and 60 row houses, reports Financial Chronicle. The semi-independent villas co¬ver around 1,250 sq ft with livable area of 1,350 sq ft, priced at Rs 41.5 lakh onwards. The independent villas have 2,500 sq ft land area and 2,700 sq ft livable area. These are priced at Rs 80 lakh onwards. While the row houses are comparatively smaller in size and have come with a land area of about 600 sq ft with 933 sq ft livable area and the price starts at Rs 27.9 lakh onwards, the report added The exclusive gated community will feature all lifestyle amenities such as a club house, swimming pool, jogging track, party hall, movie hall, launderette, guest bedrooms, vol¬leyball court, basketball court, gym, convenio and children play area, be¬sides sewage treatment plant and a common water line. “Casa Grande Futura is an inn¬ovative offering of elegant villas, where we will fulfill customers' aspirations of owning their own piece of land without feeling the pinch of cost. The response to the pre-launch offer was very good and we expect similar response post launch too, as the price works out to Rs 3,100 – Rs 3,200 per sq ft,” quoted Arun Kumar, founder & ma¬naging director of Casa Grande, in the report.
