The new policy by Haryana's town and country planning department which curbs the unauthorised retention of investors' money by developers in the name of registration charges, comes as a relief for home buyers in Gurgaon. Under the new policy, developers will have to execute conveyance deed within 15 days of receiving the registration fees from home buyers. In case they are unable to do so, they will have to refund money to the allottees. Read more
