What is special about this location is the fact that it is just a 15 minutes drive from IFFCO Chowk and covers an area of 16.5 acres. Out of these 16.5 acres, 5.42 acres has been devoted to beautifully landscape residential area.

Umang Winter Hills looks good.. 1. Fastest construction progress in whole Gurgaon - investors are running away as market is stagnant and demands are quickly being raised 2. Best construction company involved - L&T is developing this project.

Sector road will come for sure if not now then by the time of possession we can expect it, but yes this is the time to enter this project, in my opinion projects in 7x sectors have not still seen appreciation like sectors 8x,9x. So infrastructure, toll removal will play an important role in the price movement of these sectors.

Does anyone have any information from Authority on the development of this sector in terms of sector roads (will there be connectivity to SPR so that one does not have to go to NH8), water supply, sewage, electricity etc. I don't think unless these basic things are put in place the prices will go up. I hope we don't end up in a situation where none of these amenities are available but still Umang offers possession in 2015.

Builder as per my understanding looks more for end users types, long term investors or corporate bookings , reason being hassle free cash flow coming in backed by bank loans.
