During these fruitful years they also acquired immense knowledge in building constructions as they were in close touch with project managers, engineers and architects of various building projects. Mr. Venkatesh Shet hails from a family of civil construction perfectionists. For four decades he trained under Mr. U Ramesh Shet, his father, gaining crucial insight into civil construction know-how and management. He later on started off his own private firm which spelt success since its inception. These three individuals shared the same vision, high quality homes at affordable prices. It was fate that got them together and today as promoters for Pragati Associates, they have engraved their vision into its material form with two completed projects and several other on-going projects.
