I have invested in this project, So far the experience with DLF is not good, they dont communicate timely, recently there has been protest in their office by the customer for possession confirmation, currently customer have started receiving some additional TAX demand note which was not in the Price calculation sheet, DLF had built some additional space in most of the apartments without consensus or notifying buyers, and they expect us to pay for the additional space as well, DLF says Agreement has a clause for deviation, but customer should be informed about changes which is not done by their management, Big builders like DLF should be prompt in their communication and Hidden costs should not burden the buyers..
