Hyderabad's real estate market is mainly driven by rapid developments in the retail and IT space, huge influx of migrants and sound infrastructure plans by the authorities. According to a report by PropTiger DataLabs for fourth quarter of the financial year 2017 (Q4 FY'17) , the top nine cities across India witnessed launches of around 51,500 units compared to 43,250 units during the preceding quarter, an increase of 19 per cent on a quarterly basis.
